About Me

Welcome! Hi! I’m Angie Nowling. I am a Certified Life and Weight loss Coach. I am a Mom of four kids. I am a wife. I am a part-time preschool teacher. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint. I am busy just like you. I feel like I am pulled in a thousand directions and there is always something for me to do. I want to have a healthy lifestyle, but my life demands me in other places. I’m just like you in many ways, but I’m different too. I have a unique approach to weight loss. No diets! No exercise!

In my How to Lose Weight for Good program, we dive into the why of what we eat, why we eat it, and how much we eat. We address how these decisions affect our weight and lifestyle. We discuss overeating, overdesire and underfeeling. We learn the difference between urges and cravings and what to do about them.

You also need to know what I will not do so you can decide if this program is a good fit for you. I will not tell you what to eat. I will not tell you how to exercise. These are not my expertise. This is not a quick fix, easy program. You will feel uneasy and uncomfortable, but that is the best way to grow. Just like you are unique, so is the food your body needs. No one way will work for everyone. The same goes for exercise, what works for one person will not work for the other. We will take the slow approach to weight loss that will equal life-long sustainable health. Together we will figure out what works for YOU!
